The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English. They made us feel welcome and at ease throughout our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the train station and close to the beautiful Benesov Castle.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The rooms were clean and spacious which was great. the location was also convenient for getting around and exploring the city. the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The overall experience was disappointing. Despite requesting a quiet room, we were placed in a noisy location with a lot of street noise and loud guests.

Located just a short walk from the train station, this hotel provides a convenient location for exploring the area. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Guests can enjoy a good meal at the restaurant nearby, and the breakfast is also worth mentioning.
Some guests have noted that the housekeeping can be neglected at times and some guests were loud at night, causing disturbance.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and English-speaking. The location was perfect - only a few minutes' walk from the train station. The room was spacious and clean, and I really appreciated being able to open the windows for fresh air. the breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from.

The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes walking from the train station and close to a great restaurant. , the staff is very friendly and speaks English fluently. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.
the cleanliness was not perfect, as there were some instances where things were missed during housekeeping and not refreshed during breakfast. However, these were minor issues that did not detract from the overall positive experience.
